We don’t charge for the first hour of diagnosis as long as we do the repairs, in most cases we can figure out the issue within the first hour.

We offer pick up & delivery if within a 5-mile radius, must be a pre-existing customer.

If arrangements are made and agreed upon by the business manager it should not be a problem. If the vehicle is not picked up after the 3rd day of repair completion and notification by the business manager, a $65 per day storage fee will be added.
